How can I stop all this SPAM getting into my mailbox?

Through your control panel you will be able to enable spamassassin. This can be configured to simply rewrite the subject line, or it can put suspected spam into a seperate mailbox (named spam) for later review. This mailbox is only accesible using webmail or IMAP.
